Roles and Responsibilities :

Mandate: Manage outpatient services, coordinate with doctors and staff, and ensure smooth operations.

• Manage daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to provide quality patient care.
• Handle patient complaints and grievances in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and hospital activities.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in healthcare or hospital administration.
• Strong knowledge of Hindi, English, Telugu languages (written & spoken).
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and OPD procedures.
