Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO voice or similar industry.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Telugu languages (written & spoken).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends.
