Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on domestic voice processes (inbound calls) with minimal supervision.
