Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries in a timely manner. - Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. - Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and sales conversion rates.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-6 years of experience in an inbound voice process or similar role. - Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling over the phone. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in international calling processes and procedures.
