This role will set up dashboards, regular analyses & reports and additionally provide ad-hoc deep dives to support
business needs. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys getting into the details of data, and using information to
provide meaningful insights to the business

.
Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to identify trends, patterns, and user behaviors by proactively
setting up appropriate reports and analytic frameworks
• Analyze A/B test results and make recommendations for optimizing product performance.
• Analyze user interactions with the product to understand user behavior and preferences. Provide
recommendations for improving user engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and Tech teams to understand product goals and
objectives
• Partner with other stakeholders such as sales, product team, ERP/Tech team and finance to ensure data
provided serves the appropriate purposes, within constraints of systems and availability of information • Simplify, automate and standardize existing reports in excel and tableau

Requisite Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business analytics/insights or reporting roles • Bachelors degree in business, computer engineering or math
• Strong knowledge and experience working with complex SQL queries, Tableau and Python is required.
• Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of reports and analyses
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
• Ability to convert a business problem into data and ability to use data to extract key business insights required
• Working knowledge of basic to intermediate level for excel and comfort to learn required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
