About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced product manager to work on one or more B2B offerings within our product portfolio. Our B2B solutions are designed to help enterprises, staffing agencies, and recruiters streamline their hiring processes with cutting-edge technology, deep data insights, and AI-driven automation.

Who are we looking for?

A senior professional with 5-7 years of experience in AI or Internet Industry

• 4-6 years of experience as AI Strategist or PM for AI-first Software Products
• 2-4 years of experience as hands-on Data Scientist
• Solid Expertise in commercializing AI and/or Research Innovations
• Demonstrated expertise in rapid prototyping of AI-innovations
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC of AI Research Based Products
• Excellent knowledge of basic AI interfaces (Search, Recommendations etc)
• Deep understanding of nuances and uncertainties of AI Research Projects
• Experience in managing Research stakeholders (PMs, Business Heads, Tech leaders etc)
• Experience in working with cross-functional deep tech workforce (Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Product Managers, Engineers, Design and Marketing).
• Excellent awareness of opportunities and risks of AI tech stacks (Deep Learning Technologies, Generative AI, LLMs)
• Some experience in transitioning of workflow-products to AI-first products

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Defining and evangelizing research initiatives with commercial impact
• Feasibility study of AI proposals
• Prioritizing AI proposals based on ROI estimations
• Building portfolio construct of research initiatives to diversify risks
2. Packaging and platformizing research outputs
• Packaging of models and engines to facilitate usage across multiple teams
• Co-creating platformization strategy with DS leaders to optimize research investments
• Enabling usage of platform across Info Edge for better RoI
• Working with GenAI CoE in DS Department for building long-term GenAI capabilities
• Working with ML Engineering Leader on promoting adoption of AI platform
3. Prototyping of Monetizable AI innovations
• Working with design team on wireframes for new monetizable AI innovations
• Work with AI Product Managers on enabling new AI innovations in existing products
• Working with PMs, Engineering and design teams on beta testing of new AI capabilities
• Working with data scientists and ML Engineers on building quick prototypes
