Content Design Head: InfoEdge India Ltd

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic UX Content Design Head to lead our Content Design team. This role will involve crafting content strategies that enhance user experience, collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams, and ensuring that all content aligns with InfoEdges core brand values. As the head of UX content, you will have the opportunity to influence the content experience across multiple platforms, driving user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Leadership: Lead and develop the content strategy for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with both user needs and business goals. You will create content that enhances user experiences and delivers clear, concise, and compelling messages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and marketers to create integrated solutions that provide a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Team Management: Lead a team of content designers, guiding them to produce high-quality work while nurturing their professional growth. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment within the content team.
• UX Content Creation: Oversee the creation of user-focused content for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, product descriptions, and help/support content.
• User-Centered Design: Advocate for a user-centered approach, ensuring content is optimized for usability and accessibility. Conduct user research, content audits, and competitor analysis to inform content decisions.
• Content Quality and Consistency: Ensure content maintains the highest quality standards in tone, style, and grammar while staying consistent with InfoEdge's brand voice and guidelines.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize user research, analytics, and feedback to make informed content decisions. Continuously iterate on content and user flows based on user testing and metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams, such as marketing, customer support, and engineering, to align content with product goals and brand messaging.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in UX content, design, and technology. Drive innovation in content creation and delivery, ensuring that InfoEdge stays at the forefront of user experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in UX content design, content strategy, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Skills:
• Expertise in UX writing, content design, and strategy for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, content strategy, and information architecture.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Empathy for users and a passion for creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
