Naukri.com is looking for a Non- IT Recruiter (6 months contract) for Noida location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete recruitment life cycle management for all Hiring.
• Non - IT Recruiter only.
• Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
• Mapping applicants to the position based on hiring guidelines laid down with a due focus on quality.
• Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview
• Source potential candidates from Naukri.com
• Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow-up with hiring partners and candidates to ensure TAT.
• Proactively create a talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles.
• Managing effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with the on-boarding team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability.
• Maintain & publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, Ageing analysis, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Result-oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action.
• Strong Negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to a prospective candidate
• Ability to work independently as well as a Team Member
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving ability

Additional Details:

• 5 days working (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

Please Note - Minimum 6 months experience is compulsory in Non-IT Recruitment.
