Client Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
• Manage the entire placement process from initial contact to final selection, ensuring timely communication with both parties.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential candidates and facilitate interviews.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate relations, client coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business tie-ups, corporate alliances, and university relations.
• Excellent client servicing skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
