Required Skills:

• Deep understanding and prior hands-on experience of front-end technologies like React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Performance.
• Experience in delivering new features and technology, emerging market trends and challenges.
• Should have hands-on coding skills with the ability to deliver on time. Drive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across large codebases
• Experience with a significant consumer-facing website and microservices
• Able to break complex projects into modular pieces and propose solutions keeping in mind the performance and scale of entire systems

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Nodejs, Nextjs
• Partner with the product management team to define and execute the feature roadmap, coordinate with cross functional teams (DevOPS, QA, Design etc.) on planning and execution. Manage stakeholder communication proactively.
• Should have very strong test driven development and domain driven design principles.
• Strong project management experience, handling multiple projects with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of production issues and in-depth understanding complexities of frontend.\
