Senior Manager - Telesales/ Inside Sales (B2C)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive B2C e-commerce landscape.

Job Requirement :

• 10-14 years of experience in b2c sales, inside sales, or telesales.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in an outbound sales environment.
• Strong understanding of online sales principles and ability to leverage digital channels for lead generation.
