Role: Outbound Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in outbound sales as a team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a high-performance outbound telesales strategy aligned with Chotu's growth objectives.
    • Define measurable KPIs and set sales targets for the telesales team.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic outbound telesales team.
    • Foster a results-driven culture by coaching team members and monitoring their performance regularly.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Design efficient telesales workflows and scripts tailored to diverse customer segments.
    • Leverage CRM tools to monitor team productivity and improve customer outreach.
    • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks for seamless operations.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:
    • Lead efforts to convert leads into long-term customers through persuasive outbound calls.
    • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
    • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the executive team on sales performance and challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
    • Represent the voice of the customer to guide product enhancements and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing outbound telesales teams, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel optimization and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling teams from scratch.
  • Experience in concept-selling to local shops is highly desirable.
