Title/ Position: VP/ SVP - Business Product
The leader will be introducing relevant products into the business and, manage and enhance the current portfolio to lead from the front
Key Responsibilities
The role would be responsible for:
- Leading seller experience; work closely with B2B partners to uncover their needs and build cutting edge product offerings to serve their needs
- Strategize and execute ways to increase revenues and constituent metrics that include inter alia, revenue per client, number of clients, city revenue mix and client retention. Continuously strive to gain revenue market share from competition through better monetization and client experience
- Develop a thorough understanding of the market, including current trends and future directions, by engaging with all ecosystem stakeholders understanding their experiences, pain points, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the product management thinking, as part of the product leadership team
- Drive product development from 0 to 1, leveraging startup methodologies and agile processes to create impactful and scalable solutions.
- Implement strategies to scale and grow the product post-launch, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market needs.
- Be hands-on and actively engaging with clients, stakeholders, and users to gather insights, feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and to gather valuable market insights.
- Continuously benchmark product offerings and experience on multiple dimensions with competition
Educational Qualification & desired Experience
- Postgraduate (MBA/ PGDM) from top tier institute
- Relevant experience in the consumer internet space, with strong experience specifically focused on strategy, revenue growth, user engagement, and category management.
- Candidates with 0 to 1 product development experience and/or startup experience are welcome.
