Role & Responsibility:
Content Strategy & Creative Execution:
- Define a social media strategy for Naukri across key platforms: IG, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter
- Create, curate, and manage all published content across campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
- Manage monthly calendar with agency including: budget allocation, targeting, media selection, content creation
Curating platform insights & actionable:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative and effective social media initiatives
- Manage monthly wrap reports - plan vs actuals
- Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies
The ideal candidate.
- Is capable of thinking strategically while ensuring creative execution excellence
- Thrives on great ideas, has a natural creative flair and a strong point of view
- Understands the fundamentals of business & marketing and stays updated on current affairs, economy, market trends
- Is high on energy and enthusiasm for all things social: capable of balancing the fun stuff and the serious.
- Has at least 3 years work experience in Social Media Marketing
- Has prior experience working for a mid/large-sized B2C/D2C brand with a strong social presence and/or a reputed social agency
- Has a solid understanding of IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and their content algorithms/best practices
