Naukrigulf is a jobsite operating in the Gulf market and catering to both jobseekers and employers. We are working on a strategic initiative, which is to build engagement with our users via content and go beyond jobsite to become a ‘career site’.

We operate in six countries of the Gulf where a large number of expatriates from around the world come and work. With changing laws, rules, visions and questions around settlement, rent, schooling for kids, etc the diaspora are hungry for information. We intend to regularly serve content, which is relevant, engaging & useful to our users.

The job will include:

• Create high-quality and engaging content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and emails
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop a deep understanding of the subject matter
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the company's goals and target audience
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Optimize content for search engines and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness
• Use data and analytics to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions for content optimization
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor and respond to comments, feedback, and inquiries on social media and other platforms to engage with the audience and build brand reputation

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in English / Journalism / Communications or a related field
• Proven work experience as a content creator, preferably in digital marketing or related field (1-3 yrs)
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques
• Ability to conduct research and extract information from reliable sources
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas
• Proven usage of leveraging of social media
