**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content design work that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience with user research methodologies and ability to analyze data to inform content decisions.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools and design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
