Job Objective: The objective of this role is to visualize plans, drawings, architectural illustrations and other references to 3D Images and animations of real estate projects.You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.

Job Description:

• Create 3D floor plans, interiors, exteriors, 3D models from architectural plans, drawings, images using 3Ds Max.
• Good sense of asset selection from library.
• Apply textures, mapping and provide realistic lighting techniques to the 3D scene using V-Ray.
• Work on production of quality 3D images, Animations including post-production work.
• Ensure the delivery of highest possible quality within the pre-determined time frame.
• Create extremely photorealistic 3D visuals and animations.
• Understand the intent to create range of real estate projects in 3D.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of architectural plans, technical drawings and images.
• Expert in 3D modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering and Compositing.
• Team player with a positive attitude to go towards extra mile.
