Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and improve overall performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate or field sales.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as insurance policies, mutual funds, loans etc. .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively at all levels.
