Key Responsibilities:

• Bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Posting and verifying bank entries.
• Handling other ledger reconciliations.
• Processing bank payments and managing sales/purchase entries.
• Handling VAT filings and compliance.
• Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Managing emails, administrative tasks, and financial records.
• Communicating with vendors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Handling ad hoc tasks as required by management.
• Finalizing books and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Preparing quotes and expense booking.
• Managing document storage and drive handling.
• Coordinating with internal teams for financial reporting and audits.
• Assisting in process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualification

• Minimum Bcom Graduate
• Experience in Day-to-Day Accounting & Book-keeping
• Experience in Xero and other accounting systems preferred
• Experience level - Junior - 1-2 yrs; Executive - 2-3 yrs; Sr. Executive - 3-4 yrs; Manager - 5 yrs and above
• Good Communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Proactive communication and should be a team player
