We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-7 years of experience in UK & Europe recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for our UK and European clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit top talent for UK & European clients across multiple industries.
- Analyze client job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize UK & EU job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Negotiate salary expectations and contract rates with candidates.
- Collect and verify all necessary candidate details for submission to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with clients for interview feedback and provide updates to candidates.
- Ensure a smooth hiring process, handling any concerns or queries from both clients and candidates.
- Manage the pre-joining process, ensuring all documentation and formalities are completed.
- Support candidates in joining formalities and post-hiring engagement.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for UK & European clients.
S- trong understanding of UK & EU job markets, hiring trends, and recruitment processes.
- Experience using UK & EU job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and work permits for candidates in the UK & Europe (preferred).
- Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, BFSI, or Healthcare sectors in the UK/EU.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
- Familiarity with headhunting and executive search techniques.
