Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Foundation Specialist/Instructor/Researcher to join our team. This role is focused on building a strong foundation in chemistry principles for students, researchers, or industry professionals. You will be responsible for teaching core concepts, supporting research initiatives, and advancing foundational chemistry knowledge through practical, hands-on experiences, and theoretical understanding.

Role & responsibilities

For Educational Roles:

1. Instruction and Curriculum Development:
   
• Teach foundational chemistry courses at various levels (e.g., high school, college, or introductory university-level).
• Develop and update course materials, including lectures, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Use various teaching tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
2. Student Support:
   
• Provide tutoring and guidance to students, both in and outside of class.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment to foster student success.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current on developments in chemistry education and pedagogy.
• Contribute to academic publications, attend conferences, and collaborate with peers on research initiatives.
