Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team. As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training sessions on Java Full Stack development. This includes teaching both backend (Java, Spring, Hibernate) and frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, hands-on experience with front-end frameworks, and a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct instructor-led, hands-on training sessions for students or professionals on Java Full Stack development technologies, including Java, Spring, Hibernate, Angular/React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, assignments, and projects to facilitate effective learning.
• Knowledge Sharing: Provide in-depth explanations of core concepts and best practices for both front-end and back-end development, offering real-world examples and solutions.
• Student Support: Offer guidance and support to learners, clarify doubts, and monitor their progress throughout the course.
• Assessment & Feedback: Create and administer quizzes, assignments, and exams to assess learners' skills and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Hands-on Coding: Encourage and guide students through practical coding exercises, fostering their ability to build real-world applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
• Industry Insights: Share current trends, tools, and technologies related to Full Stack development with learners, ensuring that the training remains up-to-date with industry standards.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other trainers, curriculum developers, and management to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and is continually improved.
• Maintain Learning Environment: Manage the learning environment (online or in-person), ensuring that it is conducive to student engagement and success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Java Full Stack development, including strong proficiency in:
• Backend: Java (JDK 8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful Web Services, Microservices.
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, jQuery, AJAX.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Deployment/Tools: Docker, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, JUnit.
• Prior experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with the ability to demonstrate coding, architecture, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in delivering technical training or mentoring, preferably in Java Full Stack development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt and customize content based on learner needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Trello) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Java Full Stack development or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, NPM, or similar.
• Experience in teaching or leading workshops for diverse audiences.
