About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Java Full Stack Coding Tutor to join our team. As a tutor, you will be responsible for mentoring and teaching students in Java Full Stack development, guiding them through practical coding exercises and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in both Java backend development and modern frontend technologies, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to students at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online and in-person coding lessons in Java Full Stack Development (Java, Spring Boot, Frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular, databases, etc.).
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to students' skill levels and learning goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, helping students understand key programming concepts and best practices.
• Guide students in building real-world projects and applications, from frontend development to backend services.
• Review and evaluate students' code, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment, encouraging student engagement and progress.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in Java Full Stack technologies and share new trends and best practices with students.
• Provide assistance in solving coding challenges, debugging, and implementing industry-standard solutions.
• Support students in their job readiness by helping them understand industry best practices, interview preparation, and resume building.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React.js, Angular).
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students in debugging and optimizing their code.
• Patience and dedication to helping students learn at their own pace.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring in a dynamic and evolving field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in online teaching platforms or tutoring.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of additional technologies like GraphQL, NoSQL databases, or cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in preparing students for coding interviews or technical assessments.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and best coding practices.
