We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team in a role focused on stakeholder management, Power BI dashboard development, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs, develop actionable insights through advanced Power BI dashboards, and manage complex data landscapes.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

The role also requires strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

- Proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and coding.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from large, complex datasets.

- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and providing training on BI tools.

- Ability to work independently, manage global teams virtually, and rapidly onboard to new projects.

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting needs.

- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and communication.

- Provide training and support to stakeholders on the use of BI tools and dashboards.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

- Utilize advanced Power BI features and techniques to create visually appealing and informative dashboards.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the dashboards.

- Optimize dashboard performance for efficient data retrieval and visualization.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality for dashboard development.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Synthesize insights from large, complex datasets and present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Use data to support business decision-making and drive process improvements.

- Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.

- Proactively identify opportunities for data analysis to address business challenges.
