What are we looking for ?

- 3+ years' experience with advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques (must have).

- Hands-on experience building complex statistical models in some of the following :

1. Supervised - Classification, Regression, Forecasting.

2. Unsupervised - Clustering, K means Clustering.

3. Anomaly detection.

4. Linear and Non-linear Optimization.

5. L1/L2 Regularization.

- Well versed with working with complex datasets, machine learning and DL libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Kera's, Pytorch etc.

- Experienced with word embeddings (word2vec, glove).

- Capable of building insightful visualizations in Python, R and Julia.

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure dev ops.

- CPG/ Retail/ Supplychain/ Manufacturing experience preferred with a demonstrated history of end-to-end solution deployment (conceptualizing-development-deployment).

- Experience of leading teams will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Deep learning techniques will be preferred.

Language skills required :

- English (Fluent).

- SQL(good to have).

- Some working experience in Model Deployment and Cloud Services (must have).

- Familiarity with software development practices, version control, and agile methodologies (good to have).

Additional Details :

Required Experience : 3+ Years.

Mandatory Skill Set : Python & Data Science with optimization.

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement advanced analytical solutions using predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques.

- Build complex statistical models in areas such as :

1. Supervised Learning : Classification, Regression, Forecasting

2. Unsupervised Learning : Clustering, K-means Clustering Anomaly Detection Linear and Non-linear Optimization L1/L2 Regularization Work with complex datasets, utilizing machine learning and deep learning libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

- Apply word embedding techniques (word2vec, GloVe) for natural language processing tasks.

- Create insightful visualizations using Python, R, and Julia.

- Deploy models and solutions using cloud platforms like Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Contribute to the full lifecycle of solution development, from conceptualization and design to development, deployment, and maintenance.
