Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL to support business requirements.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance metrics and trends.

- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to address specific business questions and support decision-making.

- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Apply a strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices to analyze data and provide relevant insights.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience within the retail environment.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Proficient in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Demonstrated expertise in Promo Analytics and Campaign Analysis (mandatory).

- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.

- Experience with data visualization.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
