Position Overview

Infinite Uptime is seeking a Global Branding and Marcom Planning Manager to drive our branding initiatives and marketing communications strategies. This role is critical in strengthening our brand presence globally and ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Infinite Uptime s vision, market positioning, and AI-driven reliability services.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media, while maintaining clean and consistent brand guidelines.
• Marketing Communications: Design and execute integrated marketing communication plans to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement through various channels.
• Brand Guidelines: Establish and uphold brand standards to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications.
• Customer Success Stories: Creatively craft and showcase customer success stories to highlight the impact of Infinite Uptime s solutions.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, leveraging insights to refine branding and marketing efforts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product development, sales, and customer success to maintain cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives, and provide regular insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in branding, marketing communications, or related fields, ideally in industrial IoT, AI, or technology sectors.
• Content Expertise: Strong creative skills in storytelling, copywriting, and visual branding with a proven track record of producing impactful content.
• Strategic Marketing: Proficiency in brand strategy development, marketing planning, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
