Typical Responsibilities
Hardware design and development in our core product offering, including the following functions:
Alternate components / obsolescent components
Analog (signal conditioning) and digital circuit design
Rapid prototyping, board bring-up and testing
Support to manufacturing
Documentation
Well-versed with the usage of tools like DSO.
Participate in team-level discussions regarding the product roadmap, including
features and general architecture;
Participate in ongoing revision cycles to embedded devices design and development.
Required Skills
At least 3 years of hardware design and development experience.
Component selection and datasheets understanding
Excellent circuit design skills (analog and digital)
Experience in 32-bit microprocessor/microcontroller development and interconnect protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB) and sensor data acquisition
Experience in hardware design flow: schematic to Gerber design
Experience developing IoT (Internet-of-Things) products.
Experience in Battery based systems, WiFi and BLE is preferred.
Education
M.Sc. / B.E. in Electronics Science / Engineering (plain Electronics OR E & TC).
