Job Description

DPQ BR for C&M

CSS/OCS Solution Engineers
Knowledge of OCS/CCS Charging System (Nokia NCC/Surepay, Ericsson Charging)
Confident and having logical understanding over 4G Gx, Gy, Sy, ro Call Flows.
Having logical understanding over 5G N7, N40, N28 Call Flow.
Bundle / Tariff Creation, Charging Logics, Rates, Buckets for Services like Data, Voice, SMS, Lifecycle, Threshold.
Tariff/Business plan Configuration/migration, should be logical and have hands on over Product Configuration Part. Experience with Diameter protocol and interfaces (Ro, GY, Sy).
Strong knowledge of associated Mobile Data Traffic Management technologies and solutions (i. e. Online Charging Solution (OCS), Converged Charging Solution (CCS)) and Mobile Internet architectures, services, and associated protocols (i. e. especially Diameter, HTTP2).
Customer facing with international telecom operators or vendors.
Experience in the following domains Nokia charging Surepay/NCC/ Smart Plan Suite (OCS), Diameter, SS7, Sigtran, INAP, CAMEL, TCAP, SOAP, Oracle, Aerospike, PSQL , Shell scripting, Linux.
In-depth technical knowledge of the 3G, 4G, 5G and Mobile Internet networks, architectures, services.
Knowledge of Nokia eCGS & RMS applications will be add-on.
Expertise on Test Case writing, Functional and Non-functional, Performance testing. (ROBO Framework, Visual Studio, Jmeter)
Deployment Handson & Integration Expertise (CIQ Sheet, Helm Chart, K8s, AWS, Openshift)
For Tool Development Team- Python, Perl Shell Scripting and Linux experience required.
VNF as well as CNF cloud knowledge. (Kubernetes will be an additional advantage for the CLI part)
Analysis and Mapping of CDR/EDR from charging domain to Mediation and DWH or billing systems
Self-starter initiative and enthusiasm with a positive can do attitude. Excellent cross-functional communication, co-ordination, and negotiation skills.
Good presentation skills (e. g. , addressing a large, predominantly technical audience). Highly proficient written and spoken communication skills.
