Senior Technical Support Executive

Work closely with Infinite Talents domestic and international clients, as well as internal stakeholders to collect and analyse business needs and priorities for integrated Talent Management Solutions. Synthesize these concerns, along with market and competitive information, into a well researched, clearly defined product requirements and process work flow.
Responsible for implementations (deployment) of our Enterprise solutions for Talent Acquisition. The role involves (and not limited to) offering consulting services for the clients to maximize performance, determine optimal design of Infinite Talent Solutions to best meet clients business needs, and product deployment through building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Providing best fit consulting, recommend process improvements, and drive solutions to client business outcomes during all phases of the client life cycles including product upgrades.
• Assisting in the development of overall client support strategy including product optimization planning, data reviews, and overall customer engagement opportunities.
• Managing professional service engagements for integrations, custom reports, and customization activities, working closely with internal technical teams.
• Driving client satisfaction through product and service offering education, and execute all accompanying statements of work, order forms, and demonstrations as needed.
• Act as a project support officer for the configuration and implementation of Infinite Tallents Brassring, an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Work with cross-functional teams to address product defect and enhancement request.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of ATS & Onboarding solutions and the HR/recruitment industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Persuasive and confident presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
