- Ticket creation (via calls, chat, emails)
- Tracking of incidents, SLA monitoring and capturing the response time for P1, P2, P3, P4 tickets/incidents.
- Bridge Setup, driving on the bridge.
- Invite the right stakeholders into the bridge, Health check on server tools, Validate change and release management for BAU production deployments.
- Engaging various support teams during major incident management, Performing RCA, and Reporting.
- Networking basic concept
- Any certifications related network or L1 support
- Major Incident Management
- Work Shift: Quarterly Shift
- (3 or 4 Months Shift will change)
- Night Shift also included.
