- Willingness to work on Night Shift ( Weekends support is also required )
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
- Experience in Operations support
- Execute day to day work - Needs junior resources who can work diligently communicate well
- Execute batch jobs based on KT / SOP
- Interact with CS business users for validation / go ahead to execute dependent batch jobs
- Interact with CS IT leads on job failures / IT issues resolve them
