Desired Candidate Profile
4-9 years of experience in Channel Sales Management or related field (Consumer electronics industry preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel development and management.
Strong understanding of retail sales principles, including inventory control, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal teams (dealerships) as well as external stakeholders (distributors).
Ability to analyze data-driven insights from MIS reports to inform business decisions.
