Job Description:

JAL Bath Fittings is seeking skilled Area Sales Managers for Mumbai The candidate will be responsible for managing sales in their respective region, developing the dealer and distributor network, and driving business growth within the sanitary ware, CP fittings, faucets industry, and similar building material industries

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated area.

Dealer & Distributor Management: Build and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, Architects & projects ensuring product availability and efficient service.

Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels and ensure product penetration in key markets.

Plumber Meets: Organize plumber meetups to drive brand awareness and increase engagement with the plumbing community.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional and area teams to align sales strategies and support organizational goals.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Sales Reporting: Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market opportunities, and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years in sales, preferably within the sanitary ware, CP fittings, or faucets industry.

Sales & Channel Management: Proven ability to manage dealer and distributor networks, Projects, Institutional, and government verticals and achieve sales growth.

Plumber Networking: Experience organizing plumber meets and increasing engagement with key stakeholders.

Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Notice Period: Preferably 15 to 30 days, with a maximum of 1 month.
