Staff Specialist SCM

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for Short-Term and or Long-Term capacity andsupply planning

• Coordinate demand and capacity planning with Business DemandPlanner

• Working closely with Supply chain planners to Identify andresolve capacity roadblock.

• Manage production flexibility and short-term and orLong-Term capacity improvements

• Implement utilization strategy and track capacity increases

• Coordinate allocation in case of capacity bottlenecks

• Participate in projects to optimize supply chain processes,tools, and change management

• Create and be able to present

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering,or Business Administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic SAP knowledge

• Data analysis and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Python, Tableau, Power BI tools, Automationskills will be added advantage.
