We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment and HR practices, with the ability to manage various HR functions for the organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding IT professionals, as well as managing employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks specific to the organization.
Responsibilities:-
- Source and recruit professionals through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking)
- Conduct initial screening , co-ordinates with respective hiring managers for interviews and facilitate the hiring process
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data to identify trends, and improve retention
- Manage the HR budget, ensure cost-effective HR operations, and stay updated with industry trends
- Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and retention rates, to management
- Managing office administration diligently and effectively
Requirements:
- Master s degree in human resources, bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT company
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills( Proficient in English)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of HR software and systems
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Go-getter attitude
