Finance & Accounts Manager

As a Finance Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company s financial health by overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the senior management team and other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial operations.

• Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
• Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support company objectives
• Conducting financial analysis to provide insights on cost management, profitability, and overall financial performance
• Managing cash flow and preparing forecasts to ensure liquidity and timely payments
• Coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
• Monitoring financial transactions and identifying any discrepancies or irregularities
• Maintaining and improving internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
• Providing financial advice to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making
• Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff and ensuring professional development
• Preparing and submitting tax returns, ensuring timely payment of taxes and other regulatory obligations
