Senior Odoo Engineer

As a Senior Odoo Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and customization of Odoo-based applications. You will work closely with other developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions. This is a leadership role where you will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the smooth integration of Odoo with client systems.

• Customizing and developing modules in Odoo to meet client requirements
• Analyzing business needs and designing technical solutions to automate business processes
• Maintaining and updating existing Odoo instances, ensuring they are scalable and performant
• Collaborating with functional consultants and business analysts to deliver solutions that align with client goals
• Leading the development and deployment of new features and improvements
• Providing expert guidance on Odoo best practices and development standards
• Reviewing and optimizing existing code to improve performance and scalability
• Assisting with system integration, migration, and upgrade activities
• Performing code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their growth within the company
