1. Financial Reporting: -Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, etc.). -Monitor the financial performance of the organization and provide insights to senior management.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: -Develop, manage, and monitor budgets across departments. -Forecast cash flows and identify potential financial challenges.
3. Accounting Management: -Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. -Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Compliance & Auditing: -Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (such as IFRS or GAAP). -Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate audits.
5. Tax Management: -Oversee tax filings, ensuring the company is compliant with all tax obligations. -Prepare tax returns and manage tax-related inquiries.
