Job Description
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of pipes before rolling.
- Verify compliance with NPS, thickness, and Rolling Mean Radius (RMR) standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all inspections align with project and industry quality standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication and quality teams to address non-conformities.
- 6" NPS x 6 THK | Total: 3 Pipes | Length: 17 Mtr | Rolling Mean Radius: R-2631
- 8" NPS x 6 THK | Total: 3 Pipes | Length: 17 Mtr | Rolling Mean Radius: R-2631
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in TPI, QC, or fabrication inspection.
- Familiarity with ASNT/NDT Level II.
- Strong technical knowledge of pipe fabrication and rolling processes
