Roles and Responsibilities

• Create/Acquire a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers, focusing on acquiring new ones through strategic relationships.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HNIs to increase wallet share and product penetration.
  
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for retail liabilities, liability products, third-party products, TPP, wealth management, portfolio management, current accounts, branch sales, branch banking, casa acquisition, and casa sales.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

To grow the liability base of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base.

To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products.

To enhance product penetration in the mapped customer base.

To activate clients on Non branch delivery channels including Net banking, Mobile Banking, Video Branch, ATM, Point of Sale etc.

To sell bank and third party products with a view to enhance revenue per client.

To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: Graduate, preferred exposure to financial subjects

Preferred: Preferred exposure to financial subjects WORK EXPERIENCE Essential requirement: 3 - years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.

Preferred: 3 - years of relevant work experience in the banking industry. Any specific requirements

• AMFI Certified

• IRDA certification (Desirable)

• Relevant work experience in the banking industry is preferred.

• Candidates from Insurance/NBFCs may also be evaluated Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits

• Knowledge of Banking products and processes.

• Strong Relationship Management skills. (Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred)

• Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.

• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to change in a fast growing franchise.

• Ability to maintain/attract long lasting client relationships
