Legal Executive

• Role & responsibilities

Court representation

• Represent the company in legal matters, in courts across north India.

Litigation

• Manage legal disputes and other legal documents for filing in courts.
• Liaise with external legal teams to coordinate legal proceedings and ensure timely resolution of cases.

Regulatory compliance

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

Provide legal guidance and ensure compliance with laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of court and litigation experience in North Indian courts.
• Experience in the corporate legal field is an added advantage.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
