Ecommerce - Key Account Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all online activity in relation to sales, conversion, and reporting.
• Manage different E-commerce portal accounts like Myntra, Amazon, etc.
• Regular check on E-commerce inventory and work closely with warehouse team during dispatch.
• Listing new products by creating attributes and co-ordinate with photoshoot in periodic intervals.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve E-commerce performance.
• Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve buying patterns.
• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
• Report on performanc

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in E-commerce.
• Excellent knowledge on MS Excel.
• Experience in overseeing digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge on product attributes (sportswear).
• Should be street smart.
