Job Summary: The Supply Chain Management Executive will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations within the telecom industry. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Source and procure telecom equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics and distribution of telecom products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to various locations.
• Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
