Assistant Manager MEAL-KPK

Job Description. TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:. Supervise KP MEAL team

Coordinate all M&E capacity-building activities with project staff, implementing partners and facility staff

Compile and analyze data on monthly basis, share it with program teams at various levels and provide feedback to SR

Use data to contribute towards provincial programmatic decision-making and planning

Lead results reporting of KP chapter of program to MEAL head office by providing written documentation on M&E activities and indicator results for progress and annual reports, as appropriate

Responsible for coordination with SRs and MEAL /data officer to timely compile and submit program monthly and quarterly reports, carry out quick analysis for completeness

Prepares relevant technical briefing papers and status updates and present to the Grant Senior Management Team (SMT). Ensure timely submission of FMR by Data/MEAL Officers, analyze it, provide feedback to MEAL officers and share the key findings with MEAL Unit PIU

Coordinate with Districts MEAL/ Data Officers to maintain and update the MEAL Tracker on monthly basis and share the compiled tracker with federal PIU on monthly basis

Carry out Monthly analysis of MEAL tracker; provide feedback to MEAL/Data officers and SRs. Share key finding of tracker with provincial manager and MEAL Department

Managing complaint response mechanism at provincial level for SRs, analyze accountability data, share it with MEAL Manager

Provide technical backstop to SR/district MEAL staff in prioritizing monitoring visits, generating monitoring reports, conducting debrief sessions and developing action plans for program improvement

Any other task assigned by supervisor. Provide leadership and direction on M&E to KP MEAL team to ensure the project achieves its objectives and target
