Job Description:

Indus Fire Safety Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as Principal for our prestigious Fire & Safety Academy in Chittorgarh. The academy offers certificate courses, diploma programs, and various other professional courses in fire and safety management. The Principal will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration, operations, and academic activities of the academy.
• Implement and manage effective student counselling programs.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and academy visibility.
• Engage actively in proposing and implementing new marketing techniques and tactics.
• Manage and maintain academic standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training.
• Supervise faculty and administrative staff, ensuring productivity and professional development.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and documentation.
• Maintain effective communication through professional mail writing and correspondence.
• Handle overall discipline, student welfare, and grievance redressal.
• Utilize Excel proficiently for reporting, data management, and documentation purposes.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum age: 40 years
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in administration and management roles, preferably in educational institutes.
• Candidates with defence background will be given preference.
• Demonstrated ability in marketing and promoting educational programs.
• Strong counselling skills and ability to engage effectively with students.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and professional mail writing.
