The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, events, etc.).
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Create high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, blogs, presentations, and social media posts.
3. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
• Implement strategies to generate B2B leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
4. Market Research:
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Performance Analytics:
• Track and analyse the success of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including email campaigns, SEO, and social media.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hardware or technology marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-based products or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of government and enterprise B2B marketing strategies.
