They should be capable of developing and executing strategic social media plans while managing a team to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• • Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
• • Utilize analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.
• • Lead a team of content creators, designers, and social media executives to ensure timely and engaging content delivery.
• • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to enhance social media performance.
• • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring positive engagement and brand reputation management.
• • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create integrated campaigns.
• • Develop and manage a social media calendar, ensuring consistency in posting schedules.
• • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
• • Prepare reports and insights on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• • 4-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
• • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• • Ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
• • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
