Overview
As a Multi-Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and
managing scalable solutions across AWS, Azure, and intermediate-level solutions on GCP.
You will leverage your deep expertise in AWS while also bridging gaps in Azure and GCP to
architect comprehensive multi-cloud solutions. Additionally, you will lead the
implementation of monitoring and visualization platforms such as Datadog, enabling
effective application and infrastructure observability and actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities
∙Design and Architect Solutions: Design and architect cloud solutions across AWS,
Azure, and GCP platforms, leveraging infrastructure as code (IaC), serverless
computing, containerization, and microservices architecture principles. Includes
proficiency in cloud migration strategies and cloud setup best practices.
∙Visualization and Monitoring: Implement and integrate tools like Datadog,
Grafana, or other visualization platforms to monitor and optimize cloud
infrastructure performance across multiple environments.
∙Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to
gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop architectural
designs that align with business objectives across multiple cloud platforms.
∙Solution Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of multi-cloud
solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and industry
standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
∙Service Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate and recommend cloud services and
technologies from AWS, Azure, and GCP to optimize performance, cost-efficiency,
and security for multi-cloud environments. Implement IaC for both new cloud
setups and migration projects.
∙Documentation and Mentorship: Develop and maintain comprehensive
documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational
procedures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.


Requirements
∙Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as ShellScript,
Python, and ideally other languages relevant to Azure and GCP environments.
∙Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
Additional certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) and GCP are
advantageous.
∙Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and
best practices across AWS, Azure, and intermediate-level knowledge in GCP.
∙AWS Skills: Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda,
API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, Terraform, Cognito, VPC, CloudWatch, and
CloudFormation.
∙Azure and GCP Skills: Basic proficiency in Azure services like Virtual Machines,
Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory, Azure Zero Trust
model, and Google Cloud services relevant to compute, storage, networking, and
security.
∙Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring and visualization
platforms like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools to enhance
observability and performance insights.
∙DevOps Integration: Basic knowledge of DevOps services in AWS (ECS, ECR,
EKS), and equivalent services in Azure (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service) and GCP
(e.g., Google Kubernetes Engine).
∙Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating
complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∙Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of
troubleshooting issues across multi-cloud environments.
