Job Description

1.Conduct Desktop Manual, Implementation, and/or Field QHSE Audits and guide suppliers with closing gaps or deficiencies from the audit. 2.Assist suppliers with addressing gaps or deficiencies from the audit using Avetta QHSE Cares. 3.Respond promptly to supplier inquiries. 4.Record details of inquiries, comments, and escalations within the Suppliers Account Notes. 5.Forward customer complaints or concerns to the QHSE Manager in a timely manner. 6.Follow Avetta\u2019s Professional standards with Avetta\u2019s Priority Behaviors. 7.Be available to travel to conduct Safety and Health site audits \u2013 access to reliable transportation therefore required. 8.Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints within Salesforce including handling talk desk inbound voice messages.
